WAITROSE DRINKS FESTIVAL

Since 2016 we have been absolutely privileged to play a part in bringing the Waitrose Drinks Festival to life alongside Story Events. It is one of our most exciting projects of the year that all of the team look forward to.

No drinks festival is complete without bars and each year we create close to 100 bespoke bars for this event; the majority of which are our 6ft pallet or dark stained pallet bars. In previous year’s we have had bespoke branding printed onto the front of these bars, however recently we have used timber or scaffold over head frames with foamex prints attached to them. These bars are then accessorised with hanging terrariums, edison bulbs and festoon lighting. We also like to throw in a bit of sparkle to the fizz rooms with our glitter bars which are also branded. In addition to these bars we design and make 50+ wine stands which consist of oak barrels and pallet walls with windows for branded foamex prints.

In the Waitrose Lounge area our traditional oxblood chesterfield sofas are used alongside our oxblood cube seats to match the aesthetic of the exhibition rooms. In 2021 the Waitrose lounge featured our rustic cube seats with branded coloured seat pads, more branded bars, tolix stools and finishing touches.

HEATHROW

We have been lucky enough to work with Mauve Partnership the last few year’s designing and building exhibition stands for Heathrow Discover.

The branded exhibition stands have consisted of flats and 3 board stands in a U shape with TV’s mounted onto them.

In previous year’s they have used seating and tables from our colours range alongside the exhibition stand hire. More recently our reflections range has been used which looks stunning with the amethyst purple seat pads. This is a great example of how our furniture can be customised to the companies brand colours.

NETDOCUMENTS

For the annual NetDocuments European event, Elevate EMEA, we designed and built 19 exhibition stands. These consisted of a 3 board U shaped stand with a bespoke printed middle section and silver glitter angled sides. In front of each stand a 1m glitter bar was placed. These had a bespoke printed fascia, silver glitter sides and white leatherette bar top.

In the lounge areas our white chesterfield sofas were paired with our mirror cube coffee tables and reflections cube seats. The seat pads were upholstered in royal blue velour which perfectly complimented the silver and white furniture and cushions.
